It feels great to be making progress on this piece again. I got a few rows done tonight in between handing out candy to trick-or-treaters.
That was an unexpectedly long absence! My vacation was great, but when I got home I got bogged down with a very bad cold, so I used it as a small break from doing creative things every day. While it was nice to not have to worry about posting something here every day, I started... Continue Reading →
I made this box/candy dish today to go with my bunny. There won't be any posts here for the next few days because I will be on vacation! I'll try to do creative things or at least take great photos while I'm away and play catch up when I get back.
I finished my bag! The stitching on the liner is very haphazard but it should be plenty good enough for my purposes. I'm really happy with the way this turned out, and proud of myself for altering the strap on the fly and figuring out the liner on my own. Original Free Pattern Here

I forgot to add the link to the pattern for this bag yesterday. It's from The Stitchin' Mommy. I've been... Continue Reading →
Ended up with not much time for creative things tonight, so I only got a little bit done on the handles. Hopefully I'll still be able to get it finished this weekend.
Mostly done tonight. Just a few rows of the handle and then some finishing left to do. It's looking super cute!
I needed a small bag for trick or treating. Once this is done I can put a grocery bag as a liner, but it will look much more festive!
