Holiday spirit?

I did a little knitting tonight, but the thing I really want to share with you is our xmas tree. This is the busiest, most stressful xmas season I’ve had in as long as I can remember. Between finishing my degree, starting a new job, and moving, there’s just not a lot of mental or physical energy leftover for holiday stuff. Still, we decided it would be sad not to have a tree at all this year. So after work we ran out to look for a tree. It took a couple stops to find a place that still had small trees in stock. Everything was pretty picked over and there weren’t many to choose from. We ended up with what has to be the smallest, saddest tree. Let’s hope the cats don’t eat the whole thing.
