A Roast

Even though we’ve had our Instant Pot for about a year, this is the first time I’ve actually cooked a roast in it. Usually we would use the slow cooker for this. The pressure cooker worked perfectly though, and it was done in about an hour instead of taking all day. A bonus of using the pressure cooker was that when the roast was done I could do a second batch of carrots and potatoes and it only took a few minutes.
