It’s a bonus weekend post! Since progress on these is going to stop for a while, I wanted to show you where I am. I’m planning to set this project aside soon so I can get started on my Pride Socks right away on the 1st of June.
I wanted to at least finish the cuffs before they go into temporary hibernation, and I succeeded. You can see I’ve got a little more than one repeat of the lace done now. The mock cables are still giving me headaches, but the lace is very simple. I expect these will go pretty slowly until I get to the heel and can stop worrying about the three mock cables on the back. It makes me glad that I chose the top-down version of the pattern.
