I’m definitely hitting my stride with this pattern now. It was late in the evening before I finally started to get the hang of those all-important yarnover + slip stitch combinations you need for brioche. Now I can do that with one fluid motion instead of fussing with the individual steps. This does feel like it is taking way longer than a dishcloth should take, but I am getting lots of useful practice out of it and I completely love the fabric that this is making. It’s thick and squishy and looks super cute. I’m planning on getting this finished over the weekend.
