They’re done! This is by far the fastest I’ve ever completed a pair of socks. It’s absolutely amazing to me that it only took a week. Plus, I completely love the way they turned out. They’re a little bit tight due to the slip stitch pattern, but the final effect is so cool. The pattern is Rainbow Connection, and the yarn is a combination of Knit Picks Felici and Stroll.
I think I will probably still try to knit a few more pairs during summer sock camp, but it’s nice to know my first entry is already finished. I’ve been knitting on these pretty much nonstop for the last week, so it will be nice to go back to other projects like my cardigan for a bit. Knowing myself I won’t be able to wait too long before casting on my next socks too!
