Musselburgh Hat started

I have really been enjoying the Needles at the Ready podcast for a while now. Recently Kevin has decided to try his hand at yarn dying, and I was lucky enough to snag some of his yarn during a recent shop update. I wanted to choose a project for it that would be simple and really let the yarn shine. This pattern is pretty much a giant stockinette tube that you fold over itself, so it can’t get any simpler. I also got to learn a new cast on: the disappearing loop cast on. It took a couple tries but it really did make a nice invisible start in the round.
