I finished these socks just in time to meet my monthly goal! I was frantically grafting the toes late Saturday evening, and I got them done while it was still July. In the photo they may look a little funny. That’s because I only have women’s medium size sock blockers and these socks are much larger than that. It was nice to make something for my spouse and he seems pretty happy with them, but I’m happy to go back to making tiny, quick socks for myself for a while. The combination of the size and the fact that I couldn’t use wool yarn made these harder to finish than I am used to. Now that they’re done I’m excited to figure out what socks I want to knit this month.
