Granny Blanket progress (16)

It’s time once again for my weekly blanket update, and once again I’m in shock that I keep working on it even though it is summertime. In fact I’ve managed to make a fair bit of progress since last week. I enjoy the fact that this is such a mindless project, and unlike the miles of stockinette knitting on my tee, every new row of this blanket is a noticeable change. There’s no fixed end point here, but one sign that I am getting close is that I am almost out of blue yarn scraps. Since the reason I started this project was to use up leftovers from my hex blanket, I doubt I’ll add much more once those are gone.
