Napatree Tee progress (23)

Two steps forward, one step back. After a lot of thought, I decided that I would rather take the time now to end up with a finished product that I will be excited to wear. I do want to reiterate that it is absolutely not the fault of the pattern, which is extremely well written and gives a cute result. It is just my own personal preference to have closer-fitting sleeves.

I picked up a row a little bit before the ribbing and ripped everything back to that point. It was only an inch or two of knitting, so it is not that much of a burden to redo it. I will try to decrease about 8 stitches, and may also use a smaller needle for the ribbing and last few rows. If I am going to make an entire fingering weight garment from scratch, I can absolutely afford the extra time to customize it to fit the way I like!
