I wanted to make pizza from scratch again this week, but I didn't want to go through all the hassle of the deep dish with its laminated dough. I found a different crust recipe but made the same sauce as last time since we liked it so much. I think it came out perfect!

To nobody's great surprise I did not get the hood finished today. I did get pretty far though. I decided to decrease a little bit in the top rows to try to shape it a little nicer than the original pattern. We will see soon if it actually works!
My arm is feeling better and the crocheting is going really well. You can see how much progress I've made today. It has a couple more inches to go. If I'm lucky I might even get it done this weekend!

I actually made some solid progress on my hoodie today! I got a few rows done and got a few increases in so it is starting to look hood-shaped. It is almost as wide as it needs to be now, and mostly needs more height.
My elbow was feeling pretty good today so I got a few rows done. I think I'm close to halfway done with the hood now.
Was feeling a bit sick all day today but still managed to work on my hoodie a tiny bit. I swear I will finish it eventually!
The spouse and I took the day today and went to a nearby national wildlife refuge. They had a few trails that went out to the water, and it was quite nice. We saw this horseshoe crab near the shore. I love these guys. They look like some sort of ancient sea monster.
